We are now seeking a Deputy Chief Nursing Officer to support the Chief Nursing Officer at both a strategic and an operational level to lead our Nurses, Midwives and AHP’s in this journey of change.  At a time when innovative, ambitious and compassionate leadership is more important than ever, we are seeking an inspirational individual with extensive senior nursing experience and a commitment to embedding a managerially enabled culture across the nursing directorate. Uncompromising of professional nursing standards; and committed to supporting the delivery of outstanding patient care and consistent service improvement, the appointed individual will hold a delegated trust-wide improvement portfolio on behalf of the Chief Nursing Officer and will lead for specific Trust-wide programmes of work to build sustainability in quality governance and assurance, improve clinical quality and the patient experience and deliver sustained improvement through empowering front line teams.
